摘  要:控制箱体是压铸机的重要操作界面位置所在,操作员通过其执行启动、停止等各项操作。因此,控制箱体的设计不仅需满足功能性要求,还应考虑操作的舒适性;特别是控制箱体的高度调节,对于不同身高的操作员在工作中的舒适性至关重要。提出了一种用于压铸机控制箱体的齿轮齿条式手动升降机构,旨在解决现有控制箱体高度不可调节的问题。该设计通过优化机械结构,实现了便捷性、稳定性与成本的平衡。通过三维建模、仿真模拟及用户使用的综合考量,该机构能够显著提升设备操作的舒适性,展现出广阔的市场应用前景与竞争力。The control box is located at an important operating interface position of the die casting machine.Operators perform various operations such as start and stop through it.Therefore,the design of the control box not only needs to meet functional requirements but also should consider the comfort of operation;especially the height adjustment of the control box is crucial for the comfort of operators of different heights during work.This paper proposes a rack and pinion manual lifting mechanism for the control box of a die casting machine,aiming to solve the problem that the height of the existing control box is not adjustable.Through optimizing the mechanical structure,this design achieves a balance between convenience,stability and cost.Through comprehensive considerations of three-dimensional modeling,simulation and user use,this mechanism can significantly improve the comfort of equipment operation and shows broad market application prospects and competitiveness.
