摘 要:介绍了一款基座压铸件的加工概况,原工艺分别用立铣刀、倒角刀通过程序控制来进行加工,该加工工艺成熟,虽可满足去除余量的目的,加工精度也满足技术要求,但是加工时间长,效率较低。为了减少加工时间,通过观察加工过程,并分析各个部分的尺寸要求,开发了一款加工组合成型刀具,把多种需求的加工流程通过刀具不同部位的形状组合,实现一次性加工就能完成所有部分的切削,从而大大压缩了切削的时间,显著提高了加工效率,降低了生产成本。This article introduces the machining overview of a base die-casting part.The original process used end mills and chamfering cutters for machining through program control.This machining process is mature,and although it can meet the purpose of removing excess and the machining accuracy meets the technical requirements,the long-term efficiency of machining time is relatively low.In order to reduce machining time,the author developed a machining combination forming tool by observing the machining process and analyzing the size requirements of each part.The tool combines the shapes of different parts of the tool to achieve one-time machining of all parts,greatly reducing cutting time,significantly improving machining efficiency,and reducing production cost.
