摘 要:福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)是20世纪80年代入侵我国的外来入侵生物之一,给农田特别是稻田生产带来严重危害.采用浸药法,测定了不同浓度和作用时间的杀螺胺和四聚乙醛对福寿螺仔螺的毒力作用,研究结果如下:杀螺胺对仔螺作用24、36 h的LC50分别为0.914、1.007 mg/L,四聚乙醛对仔螺作用24、36 h的LC50分别为10.330、13.616 mg/L;杀螺胺不同浓度下仔螺死亡率具有显著差异(P<0.05),不同浓度四聚乙醛对仔螺的死亡率情况亦然;两种杀螺剂对仔螺的作用效果均具有时间效应,但杀螺胺起效快于四聚乙醛;杀螺胺1.2 mg/L,四聚乙醛18 mg/L,作用时间36 h时,对仔螺的平均致死率均可达80%以上,对福寿螺仔螺的控制较强;杀螺胺毒性较四聚乙醛强,建议两种杀螺剂视情况需要选择使用.Pomacea canaliculata is one of the invasive species that invaded China in the 1980s,causing seri-ous harm to the ecosystem.This article determined the toxicity of two commonly used molluscicides,spirosamine and metaldehyde,on the young snails of gold apple snails in laboratory.The research results were as follows:the LC50 of spirosamine on the young snails after 24 h and 36 h was 0.914 mg/L and 1.007 mg/L,respectively;and the LC50 of metaldehyde on the young snails after 24 h and 36 h was 10.330 mg/L and 13.616 mg/L,respectively.The differences was significant on the mortality rate of young snails under different concentrations of spirosamine(P<0.05),and it was the similarity about metaldehyde on young snails(P<0.05).Also,the effects of both molluscicides on young snails had a time effect,and the effect of spirosamine was faster than that of metaldehyde.Through the results,it can be seen that the average mortality rate of the two snail killing agents on young snails can both reach over 80%,at a certain concentration(metaldehyde 1.2 mg/L,spirosamine 18 mg/L)and with time of 36 h.In addition,spirosamine took effect quickly,but had strong toxicity.Although metaldehyde took effect slightly slowly,its toxic-ity was relatively small.Therefore,it was recommended to choose the two molluscicides depending on the situation.
