摘  要:击剑运动堪称实践经验、智慧与身体素质相结合的极致体现.然而,实践中运动员常受到诸如爆发力强、强度大、准备不足、核心肌群力量或韧性不足、场地规矩性差等因素影响,遭受各类伤痛,直接影响职业生涯、身体健康及运动表现.击剑运动员典型的运动创伤包括髋关节及盆骨损伤、膝关节损伤、腰部损伤、踝关节损伤及肩部损伤,不同部位的康复训练要点各具特色.为促使运动员取得优异成绩并延长其职业寿命,相关责任主体需要针对击剑运动员身体素质、运动状态、损伤情况等,制定科学严谨的训练计划,并在热身与拉伸方面精益求精,以此降低运动损伤问题的发生概率,推动击剑运动项目更好地发展.Fencing can be regarded as the ultimate embodiment of the combination of practical experience,wisdom,and physical fitness.However,in practice,athletes are often affected by factors such as strong explosive power,high intensity,insufficient preparation,insufficient strength or resilience of core muscle groups,and poor court rules,which directly affect their career,physical health,and sports performance.The typical sports injuries of fencers include hip and pelvic injuries,knee injuries,waist injuries,ankle injuries,and shoulder injuries.The reha-bilitation training points for different parts have their own characteristics.In order to promote athletes to achieve excellent results and extend their professional lifespan,the relevant responsible parties need to develop a scientific and rigorous training plan based on the physical fitness,exercise status,and injury situation of fencing athletes,and strive for excellence in warm-up and stretching,in order to reduce the probability of sports injuries and promote bet-ter development of fencing sports.
