摘 要:目的:探讨胸腔镜下镍钛形状记忆合金接骨板内固定对多发性肋骨骨折患者围手术期指标及肺通气功能的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月枣庄市峄城区人民医院收治的64例多发性肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各32例。研究组采取胸腔镜下镍钛形状记忆合金接骨板内固定治疗,对照组采取传统开胸手术内固定治疗,比较两组围手术期指标及肺通气功能。结果:研究组手术时间、术后引流时间和住院时间均短于对照组,研究组术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后第1、3、7天,研究组肺活量、用力肺活量和第1秒用力呼气容积均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜下镍钛形状记忆合金接骨板内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折,能有效改善患者围手术期指标,提高肺通气功能。Objective:To investigate the effects of thoracoscopic nickel-titanium shape memory alloy bone plate fixation on perioperative indexes and pulmonary ventilation function in patients with multiple rib fractures.Methods:A total of 64 patients with multiple rib fracture treated in Yicheng District People’s Hospital of Zaozhuang City from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.The study group underwent thoracoscopic nickel-titanium shape memory alloy bone plate internal fixation,and the control group underwent traditional thoracotomy internal fixation.The perioperative indexes and pulmonary ventilation function of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,postoperative drainage time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation,the vital capacity,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume of one second in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic nickel-titanium shape memory alloy bone plate fixation in the treatment of multiple rib fractures can effectively improve perioperative indexes and pulmonary ventilation function.
