摘  要:为监测输油泵机组的运行,研究机组离心泵进口流量变化对输油泵内流场的影响,利用Ansys-Fluent平台结合RNGk-ε模型对ZA150-4400型离心泵内部三维流场进行仿真模拟,得出流场动态特性随不同流量工况的变化情况。结果表明:进口流量能够影响输油泵内流场静压力分布和流动状态。在一定的粘度条件下,流量越高,静压力越小,流场越平滑;进口流量达到临界值时,蜗壳内部静压分布大致恒定。粘度不同,流场状态不同,粘度越高,流场内静压值越低,流场静压相等的临界流量值越小。In order to monitor the operation of the oil transfer pump unit,the effect of centrifugal pump inlet flow variations on the flow field in the oil transfer pump is investigated.The three-dimensional flow field inside the ZA150-4400 centrifugal pump is simulated using the Ansys-Fluent platform combined with the RNG model,and the changes of the dynamic characteristics of the flow field with different flow conditions are obtained.The results show that the inlet flow rate can affect the static pressure distribu-tion and flow state of the flow field inside the oil transfer pump.Under certain viscosity conditions,the higher the flow rate is,the smaller the static pressure is,and the smoother the flow field is;when the inlet flow rate reaches the critical value,the static pres-sure distribution inside the worm casing is approximately constant.Viscosity is different,the flow field state is different,the higher the viscosity,the lower the value of static pressure in the flow field,the critical flow value of the flow field static pressure is equal is smaller.
