摘  要:钢架床作为野外保障车上人员休息使用的重要部件,其结构强度对车辆使用安全格外重要。文章根据实际应用场景,建立4种工况模型,采用HyperMesh及LS-DYNA软件对钢架床结构进行仿真受力分析。分析结果显示:上床能较好承载相当于115.5 kg人员的重量,并且针对下床L形连接件等应力集中部位和内外侧方管等薄弱部位提出了优化改进建议。Steel frame bed is an important part to ensure the rest of the vehicle personnel in the field,and its structural strength is particularly important for the safety of vehicle use.In this paper,according to the actual application scenario,four work-ing condition models are established,and HyperMesh and LS-DYNA software are used to simulate the force analysis of the steel frame bed structure.The analysis results show that the bed can carry the weight of 115.5 kg,and the optimization suggestions are put forward for the stress concentration parts such as L-shaped joints and the weak parts such as inner and outer square pipes.
