摘  要:精密离心机用于给加速度计输出标准加速度量值,标准加速度量值由离心机的转速和离心机的工作半径计算得出。常用的反算半径法计算精密离心机的工作半径会受到标度因数K_1稳定性和加速度计安装方位角的影响,存在不确定性。文章介绍了精密离心机质心找正系统,该系统采用将加速度计的质心移动到质心找正机构回转中心的方法,使得精密离心机回转中心与质心找正机构回转中心的距离即为精密离心机工作半径,从而避免了标度因数K_1稳定性和加速度计安装方位角对精密离心机工作半径的影响。通过对同一加速度计进行对比试验,精密离心机质心找正系统测量效果优于反算半径法,该系统设计有效,满足预期目标。Precision centrifuge is used to calibrate the parameters of accelerometer under high overload acceleration.The val-ue of the standard acceleration is calculated from the speed of the centrifuge and the working radius of the centrifuge.The working radius of a precision centrifuge is the distance from the average center of the centrifuge to the centroid of the accelerometer.This paper introduces the centroid alignment system of precision centrifuge,the centroid of the accelerometer is moved to the center of the centroid alignment mechanism,then the distance between the center of the precision centrifuge and the center of the centroid alignment mechanism is the working radius of the precision centrifuge,the influence of scale factor K1 stability and azimuth of ac-celerometer installation on working radius of precision centrifuge is avoided.In this paper,the uncertainty of the distance R from the center of centroid alignment mechanism of precision centrifuge to the centroid of accelerometer is analyzed and verified by ex-periments.The experimental results show that the measurement uncertainty is better than 5×10^(-6)(k=2).
