摘  要:叶菜市场需求量大,水培技术因其高效、环保、无土壤污染等特点,成为叶菜生产的重要发展方向。为实现水培叶菜周年化生产,在连栋玻璃温室内开展了生菜、小青菜、小白菜深液流栽培,在35~45 cm的深液流中,利用纯水过滤系统、营养液配制系统、营养液循环系统、定时增氧系统、环境调控系统,将营养液pH值控制在5.5~6.5、EC值控制在2.0~2.6 mS/cm,同时将夏季最高温控制在30℃以下,冬季最低温控制在5℃以上,以满足不同季节叶菜对营养以及环境条件的需求,结合品种选择、育苗移栽等关键技术环节,实现水培叶菜高产高效。The demand for leafy vegetables in the market is high,and hydroponic technology has become an important development direction for leafy vegetable production due to its high efficiency,environmental protection and no soil pollution.To achieve the annual production of hydroponic leafy vegetables,deep flow techinque of Lactuca Sativa,Brassica chinensis and Brassica communis was carried out in multi-span glass greenhouses.In a deep liquid flow of 35-45 cm,the pH value of the nutrient solution is controlled between 5.5-6.5 and the EC value is controlled between 2.0-2.6 mS/cm by using a pure water filtration system,nutrient solution preparation system,nutrient solution circulation system,timed oxygen-increasing system and environmental regulation system.At the same time,the highest temperature in summer is controlled below 30℃,and the lowest temperature in winter is controlled above 5℃to meet the nutritional and environmental requirements of leafy vegetables in different seasons.By combining key technical processes such as variety selection,seedling production and transplantation,high yield and high efficiency of hydroponic leafy vegetables can be achieved.
