摘  要:红松松籽营养丰富,香味浓郁,是具有重大经济发展前景的保健食品。由于育种周期长,早年红松遗传改良注重生长和材性而较少考虑结实及营养,使得市面上果用红松良种极为匮乏。本研究以苇河地区早期营建的红松无性系种子园成年红松为研究对象,调查并测定了11个无性系的产量、种实和营养性状,通过投影寻踪法最终选择了3个种实性状和营养性状均优良的无性系,三个无性系种子重和种仁质量的选择增益分别为12.45%和10.11%,选择效果较为明显;出仁率和蛋白质性状选择效果中等,分别优于群体均值7.67%和9.75%。Pinus koraiensis nuts are rich in nutrients and have a strong fragrance,making them a health food with significant economic development potential.Due to the long breeding cycle,early genetic improvement of Pinus koraiensis focused more on growth and timber quality,with less consideration given to fruiting and nutritional aspects,leading to a scarcity of high-quality fruit-bearing Pinus koraiensis varieties in the market.This study targeted adult Korean pines from clonal seed orchards established in the earlier years in the Weihe area,investigating and measuring yield,seed,and nutritional traits across 11 clones.Through projection pursuit methods,three clones with excellent seed and nutritional characteristics were ultimately selected.The selection gains for seed weight and kernel quality of these three clones were 12.45%and 10.11%,respectively,indicating a relatively significant selection effect;the selection effects for kernel extraction rate and protein content were moderate,surpassing the population average by 7.67%and 9.75%,respectively.
