摘 要:膜分离法捕集烟气中二氧化碳(CO_(2))因具有污染小、操作简便和设备体积小等特点而受到了广泛关注。结合国内外膜分离法捕集烟气中CO_(2)的研究进展,首先归纳了CO_(2)分离膜材料的性能指标和开发情况;然后对比了不同形式膜组件的特点,分析了影响膜分离过程设计与优化的因素,总结了膜分离法大规模工业化的难点;最后对膜分离法捕集烟气中CO_(2)技术未来的发展进行了展望(包括研发新型膜材料与配套制备工艺、开发新型膜组件,以及优化工艺流程并建设工业化示范装置)。The membrane separation method for capturing carbon dioxide(CO_(2))in flue gas has attracted wide attention because of its characteristics such as low pollution,simple operation and small equipment size.Based on the research progresses of CO_(2) capture in flue gas by membrane separation method at home and abroad,the performance indexes and development of CO_(2) separation membrane materials were firstly summarized.And then the characteristics of different membrane modules were compared and the factors affecting the design and optimization of membrane separation process were analyzed,and the difficulties of large-scale industrialization of membrane separation method were summarized.Finally,the future development of membrane separation technology for capturing CO_(2) in flue gas was prospected,including research and development of new membrane materials and supporting preparation processes,development of new membrane modules,optimization of process flow and construction of industrial demonstration equipment.
