摘 要:【目的】通过研究高CO_(2)浓度下烯啶虫胺亚致死浓度对褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens生活史和种群参数的影响,明确褐飞虱在高CO_(2)浓度下生物学响应特征,为未来全球气候变暖下褐飞虱的防控提供理论参考。【方法】利用两性生命表,研究了当前大气CO_(2)浓度(Ambient CO_(2))和高CO_(2)浓度(Elevated CO_(2))下烯啶虫胺亚致死浓度LC15对褐飞虱生活史参数的影响,并用软件模拟了褐飞虱的种群动态。【结果】烯啶虫胺亚致死浓度LC15处理,两个CO_(2)浓度下均可显著延长褐飞虱的若虫发育历期(P<0.05),进一步延长褐飞虱平均世代周期。两个CO_(2)浓度下对照处理无显著差异(P>0.05)。烯啶虫胺亚致死浓度LC15处理褐飞虱3龄若虫后,当前大气CO_(2)浓度下褐飞虱雌虫产卵量无显著差异(P>0.05),高CO_(2)浓度下雌虫产卵量显著增加(P<0.05),从366.5粒上升到473.4粒;当前大气CO_(2)浓度下褐飞虱种群内禀增长率从0.1950下降到0.1741,净增殖率从181.7下降到129.8;高CO_(2)浓度下褐飞虱种群内禀增长率从0.1870上升到0.1985,净增殖率从137.4上升到236.7。【结论】烯啶虫胺亚致死浓度处理褐飞虱,高CO_(2)浓度下褐飞虱繁殖力增加,有利于种群增长,可能存在再猖獗的风险。[Aim]To investigate the effects of sublethal concentrations of nitenpyram on the individual life history and population parameters of Nilaparvata lugens under elevated CO_(2),and clarify the biological characteristics of N.lugens to elevated CO_(2),and thereby provide information relevant to the prevention and control of this pest in the future global warming.[Methods]The effects of a sublethal concentration of nitenpyram LC15 on the life history parameters of the brown planthopper under ambient,and elevated,CO_(2)concentrations were investigated using a two-sex life table,and the population dynamics of this species was simulated using software.[Results]An LC15 sublethal concentration of nitenpyram significantly prolonged nymph development under both CO_(2)concentrations(P<0.05),and further extended the average generation history.No significant difference was found between control treatments under both CO_(2)concentrations(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in egg production under ambient CO_(2)conditions(P>0.05),but female fecundity increased significantly from 366.5 to 473.4 under elevated CO_(2)levels(P<0.05).The intrinsic growth rate also increased from 0.1870 to 0.1985,and the net reproductive rate increased from 137.4 to 236.7 under elevated CO_(2)levels.[Conclusion]Brown planthoppers treated with a sublethal concentration of nitenpyram had increased fecundity under an elevated CO_(2)conditions,which suggests that global warming may make it harder to control of this pest.
