基于空间句法的旧城公共空间适老性规划方法研究

摘　　要：现有的旧城公共空间适老性规划方法主要利用公共空间多元供给的自我增值进行空间规划,忽略了空间整合度对规划结果的影响,导致规划结果的空间适老度不高。因此,提出基于空间句法的旧城公共空间适老性规划方法研究。采集老年人口信息数据对旧城老年人口空间分布特征进行分析,建立公共空间的数值模型,以此对公共空间的拓扑深度和相对不对称度进行计算,基于空间句法得到公共空间的整合度,根据整合度结果得到旧城公共空间不同框架区域的局部整合度,构建适老性相关性象限图,实现旧城公共空间的适老性规划。实验结果表明:研究方法应用后,规划空间适老度较高,均值为0.978,满足旧城公共空间适老性规划的现实需求。Existing planning methods for the aging suitability of public spaces in old cities mainly utilize the self value-added supply of public spaces for spatial planning,ignoring the impact of spatial integration on the planning results,resulting in low spatial aging suitability of the planning results.Therefore,a study on the planning method for the adaptability of old city public spaces based on the spatial syntax was proposed.By collecting the elderly population information data,the spatial distribution characteristics of the elderly population in the old city were analyzed,then a numerical model of public space was established,and the topological depth and relative asymmetry of public space were calculated.Based on the spatial syntax,the integration degree of public space was obtained.According to the integration degree results,the local integration degree of different framework areas in the old city's public space was obtained,and a correlation quadrant map of aging suitability was constructed.At last,the planning of aging suitability for public spaces in the old city was realized.The experimental results showed that the planning results obtained from the application of research methods exhibited a high degree of spatial aging,with an average value of 0.978,which met the practical needs of the aging planning for public space in old cities.
