摘  要:数控机床刀具在加工时产生磨损会在振动、噪声、温度和电流等方面产生故障特征。为提高对刀具磨损诊断的准确度,加快机床刀具磨损诊断的速度,本文设计了一种基于FPGA的多传感器并行采集处理的监测系统,采用FPGA对多传感器信号实时并行处理,并使用以太网协议传输数据。经实验结果验证,该系统可对多种信号进行同步并行处理,并有着良好的实时性和能耗,可实现对机床刀具产生信号快速精准监测。The tool wear of NC machine tool will produce fault characteristics in the aspects of vibration,noise,temperature and current.In order to improve the accuracy of tool wear diagnosis and speed up the tool wear diagnosis of machine tool,a monitoring system based on FPGA is designed,which uses FPGA to process multisensor signals in real-time and parallel,and uses Ethernet protocol to transmit data.The experimental results show that the system can process many kinds of signals simultaneously,and has good real-time performance and energy consumption,and can realize the rapid and accurate monitoring of the signals generated by the machine tools.
