摘  要:天然气压缩因子的准确性对现场标况体积流量和标准热量的计算至关重要,GB/T 17747-2011《天然气压缩因子的计算》标准中对压缩因子定义、AGA8-92DC算法、SGERG88算法做了详细的介绍。本文介绍了天然气现场计量所涉及的规范及国家标准,用于天然气测量孔板、涡轮和气体超声波流量计的测量原理。针对天然气压缩因子计算复杂、不易核查的难题,依据GB/T 17747-2011《天然气压缩因子的计算》所研发的“天然气流量计算机压缩因子核查软件”,结合现场天然气介质组份、实时工况温度、实时工况压力值等数据,进行天然气的计量核查,实现了软件自动化快速计算,有效提升了计量的工作效率和可靠性。The accuracy of natural gas compression factor is very important for the calculation of field standard volume flow and standard heat.The definition of compression factor,AGA8-92DC algorithm and SGERG88 algorithm are introduced in detail in the standard GB/T 17747-2011 Calculation of Natural gas compression factor.This paper introduces the specification and national standard involved in natural gas field measurement,and the measurement principle of natural gas measuring orifice plate,turbine and gas ultrasonic flowmeter.In view of the complicated calculation and difficult verification of natural gas compression factor,natural gas measurement verification is carried out according to the"Natural gas flow computer compression factor verification software"developed by"Calculation of Natural gas Compression Factor GB/T 17747-2011",combined with the on-site natural gas medium components,realtime operating temperature,real-time operating pressure value and other data.The automatic and fast calculation of the software is realized,and the working efficiency and reliability of the measurement are effectively improved.
