摘  要:采用核磁共振波谱技术(NMR)对酸枣仁和混伪品理枣仁进行鉴别研究,通过一系列的比对试验,优化了提取方式并选择了适当的复溶试剂,最终确定了一种快速、可靠、重现性好的鉴别方法。为验证其可靠性,对河北省特有的酸枣仁及其成药进行了重复性测试,结果证明了该方法的一致性和准确性。该研究不仅为其他中药材的快速鉴别提供了坚实的技术支撑,更为药品质量监管增添了必要的技术手段,为保障药品安全有效奠定了坚实基础。A study is conducted to identify the authenticity of jujube seeds and their adulterated products using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy.Through a series of comparative experiments,the extraction method is optimized,and appropriate redissolving reagents are selected,ultimately establishing a rapid,reliable,and reproducible identification method.To verify its reliability,repetitive tests are conducted on the unique jujube seeds from Hebei Province and their finished medicinal products,and the results confirmed the consistency and accuracy of the method.This research not only provides solid technical support for the rapid identification of other traditional Chinese medicinal materials but also adds necessary technical means for drug quality supervision,laying a solid foundation for ensuring the safety and efficacy of drugs.
