摘 要:目的:探讨和分析高效液相色谱法在医疗药品检测中的应用价值。方法:以某市医疗检测中心2022年1月至12月进行检测的40种医疗药品作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20种。对照组应用常规检测方法,观察组应用高效液相色谱法检测。对比两组药品的检测准确率、灵敏度、平均分析时间及检测时间。结果:观察组药品的检测准确率和灵敏度均高于对照组;观察组药品的平均分析时间和检测时间均短于对照组;两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高效液相色谱法在医疗药品检测中的应用价值显著,具有检测准确率高、灵敏度高、检测速度快等优势,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of high-performance liquid chromatography in medical drug testing.Method:A total of 40 medical drugs tested by a medical testing center in a certain city from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 20 drugs in each group.The control group was tested using conventional detection methods,while the observation group was tested using high-performance liquid chromatography.Compare the detection accuracy,sensitivity,average analysis time,and detection time of two groups of drugs.Result:The accuracy and sensitivity of drug detection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The average analysis time and detection time of the observation group drugs were shorter than those of the control group;The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High performance liquid chromatography has significant application value in medical drug detection,with advantages such as high detection accuracy,high sensitivity,and fast detection speed,and is worthy of promotion and application.
