摘 要:随着电工电子产品广泛应用于现代社会,产品质量的提升就体现在其性能和可靠性方面的高要求。产品质量的提升依托粤品通技术服务平台,充分发挥“工业产品医院”机构的技术性、服务性,不断提高产品可靠性。环境可靠性试验是评估产品在不同环境条件下的稳定性和可靠性的一种试验方法,是产品质量提升的关键步骤。本论文旨在提出电工电子产品环境可靠性试验剖面图设计的方法。传统的环境适应性试验往往采用固定的试验剖面图来模拟特定环境条件,如温度、湿度、振动等。然而,由于电工电子产品在实际使用中可能会遇到复杂多变的环境条件,传统的试验剖面图设计无法全面覆盖所有可能的工作条件和应力场景,导致试验结果可能不准确或不可靠。因此,设计出环境可靠性综合试验剖面极为重要,为日后电工电子产品的可靠性提供大力支持。With the widespread application of electrical and electronic products in modern society,the improvement of product quality is reflected in the high requirements for their performance and reliability.The improvement of product quality relies on the Yuepintong technical service platform,fully leveraging the technical and service capabilities of the"Industrial Product Hospital"institution,and continuously improving product reliability.Environmental reliability testing is a testing method for evaluating the stability and reliability of products under different environmental conditions,and is a key step in improving product quality.The purpose of this paper is to propose a cross-sectional design for environmental reliability testing of electrical and electronic products.Traditional environmental adaptability tests often use fixed test profiles to simulate specific environmental conditions,such as temperature,humidity,vibration,etc.However,due to the complex and ever-changing environmental conditions that electrical and electronic products may encounter in practical use,traditional test profile design cannot fully cover all possible working conditions and stress scenarios,resulting in inaccurate or unreliable test results.Therefore,designing a comprehensive test profile for environmental reliability is extremely important,providing strong support for the reliability of electrical and electronic products in the future.
