摘 要:本文通过对比实验数据,重点研究标准气体压力分装法对标准气体准确度的影响。采用多种气体标准物质和不同型号气体报警仪进行测量,观察标准气体分装前后对气体报警仪测量数据的影响。实验结果表明,气体报警仪在分装前后测量结果可以满足检定或校准的要求。从技术、经济、操作方面分析,该方法具有可行性。未来可进一步扩大实验范围及关注标准气体分装技术的智能化开发和应用,为相关领域气体检测提供有力支持。Through comparative experimental data,this paper focuses on studying the impact of the pressure subpackaging method of standard gases on the accuracy of the standard gases.Various gas reference materials and different types of gas detectors were used for measurement to observe the impact of the standard gas subpackaging on the measurement data of the gas detectors before and after subpackaging.The experimental results show that the measurement results of the gas detectors before and after subpackaging can meet the requirements of verification or calibration.From the aspects of technology,economy,and operation,this method is feasible.In the future,the scope of experiments can be further expanded,and attention can be paid to the intelligent development and application of standard gas subpackaging technology,providing strong support for gas detection in related fields.
