摘　　要：整合子作为细菌中常见的能够捕获、表达和剪切外源基因(特别是耐药基因)的重要基因表达系统,近年来备受研究者关注。整合在转座子、接合性质粒、噬菌体或染色体上的整合子,可以通过位点特异性重组,捕获基因盒,并使其表达。通过特定的剪切机制,也可以将基因盒精确切割下来,并通过水平基因转移等方式在细菌种群中传播。这一系列的过程不仅促进基因盒的重新配置和维持多样性,还为细菌适应不断变化的环境提供了灵活性。本文将重点阐述整合子捕获与剪切基因盒及表达调控机制的最新研究进展,以帮助研究人员更加深入地了解整合子的进化趋势,为细菌耐药播散机制的研究和新型抗生素的研发提供有益参考。Integrons,an important system in bacteria that can capture,express,and excise exogenous genes(particularly antibiotic resistance genes),have received considerable attention in recent years.The integrons integrated onto transposons,conjugative plasmids,phages,or chromosomes can capture gene cassettes through site-specific recombination and facilitate their expression.Through a specific excision mechanism,gene cassettes can also be precisely excised and spread within bacterial populations via horizontal gene transfer and other means.This series of processes not only promotes the reconfiguration of gene cassettes and maintains diversity,but also provides flexibility for bacteria to adapt to constantly changing environments.This article will focus on the latest research advances in the capture,excision,and expression regulation mechanisms of integrons,in order to help researchers have a deeper understanding of the evolutionary trends of integrons and provide valuable insights for the study of bacterial antibiotic resistance dissemination mechanisms and the development of new antibiotics.
