摘  要:测试系统与被测产品往往通过测试线缆进行连接,测试线缆良好的导通性是进行产品测试前的必要验证环节,否则轻则造成产品损坏,重则可能会对测试系统造成影响。传统的测试线缆通断检测往往通过人工的方式进行检测,检测效率低,而且可能会发生漏检误检的问题。为此,设计了一种基于指令控制的测试线缆通断检测系统,便于集成到原有的测试系统中,拓展性良好,使用FPGA作为主控,可对测试线缆进行快速的通断检测和短路检测,并将检测结果上传到上位机中,快速定位问题线芯。使用该系统重复对测试线缆进行检测,检测结果均与线缆实际情况一致,结果表明该系统检测效率高,可靠性良好。The test system and the product under test are often connected through the test cable,and the good connectivity of the test cable is a necessary verification link before the product test,otherwise the product will be damaged,and the test system may be affected.The traditional test cable connection detection is often detected by manual means,the detection efficiency is low,and the problem of missing detection and misdetection may occur.Therefore,a test cable on-off detection system based on command control is designed,which is easy to be integrated into the original test system and has good scalability.Using FPGA as the main control,the test cable can be quickly on-off detection and short circuit detection,and the detection results can be uploaded to the upper computer to quickly locate the problem core.The system is used to test the test cables repeatedly,and the test results are consistent with the actual conditions of the cables.The results show that the system has high detection efficiency and good reliability.
