摘　　要：肠道菌群可通过“肠-关节轴”将肠道炎症介导至关节部位,激活局部或全身免疫应答,引起关节炎症及损伤。中药治疗自身免疫性疾病优势明显。近年来研究表明,中药-肠道菌群在黏膜免疫系统间相互作用与自身免疫性疾病的发生发展存在密切关联。因此,本文以“肠-关节轴”为切入点,探讨中药-肠道菌群互作在自身免疫性关节炎中的可能治疗机制,以期为临床防治带来新思路。Intestinal flora can mediate intestinal inflammation to the joint site through the"gut-joint axis",activate local or systemic immune response,and cause joint inflammation and injury.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.Recent studies have shown that the interaction between TCM and intestinal flora in the mucosal immune system is closely related to the occurrence and development of autoimmune diseases.Therefore,the possible therapeutic mechanism of the interaction of TCM and intestinal flora in autoimmune arthritis is discussed in this paper,with the view of"gut-joint axis",in order to bring new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment.
