摘 要:积石山M_(s)6.2地震发生后,受青海省住建厅委托,对青海灾区少数民族聚居区域内的木结构民居开展震害调查.结果表明,传统木结构民居地基基础较为简单,地震作用下房屋地面较多出现沉降,致使立柱下陷、歪闪.砖砌(夯土)分隔墙与木构架间的协同变形能力较差,地震作用下墙体的振动挤压易导致木构架榫卯节点受损,包括拔榫、卯口撕裂等.此外,砖砌(夯土)分隔或围护墙体与主体结构间一般缺乏有效连接措施,地震作用下部分墙体失稳倒塌.另一种砖(土)木结构民居则暴露出两种典型震害,包括承重墙体脱开、受剪破坏乃至失稳倒塌,以及木屋顶错位闪落.通过此次震害调查,为未来类似木结构民居的抗震设计与修复加固提供了参考.After the M_(s)6.2 Jishishan earthquake,the damage investigation on wooden buildings in the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities in Qinghai province was commissioned by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.The results show that the foundations of traditional wooden buildings are relatively simple,and the ground of the house is more settled under the action of the earthquake,resulting in the sinking and skewing of the columns.The collaborative deformation ability between brick(rammed earth)partition walls and wooden frames is poor,and the vibration and compression of the walls under earthquake action can easily cause damage to the mortise and tenon joints of the wooden frames,including tenon pulling,mortise tearing,etc.Besides,there is generally a lack of connection measures between brick(rammed earth)walls and the main structure,and some of the walls are unstable and collapsed under the action of earthquakes.Another type of brick(soil)wooden structure residential building exposes two typical types of seismic damage,including detachment of load-bearing walls,shear damage,and even instability and collapse,as well as staggered and flashing of wooden roofs This investigation provides a reference for the seismic design,repair,and reinforcement of similar wooden buildings.
