摘　　要：围绕铁路集装箱运输企业开展电子商务的需求,以多式联运和全程物流业务为主轴,整合集装箱装备资产经营及场站设施运营业务,重构形成包含产品定义、产品销售、订单受理、订单执行、订单结算等5个阶段的综合物流经营与服务标准化业务流程,以此为基础,设计由综合物流服务平台、综合物流经营管理平台、供应商平台及数据平台共同构成的铁路集装箱综合物流电子商务平台,面向客户、内部业务人员及供应商提供不同的功能,为集装箱运输企业开发建设信息系统并开展电子商务业务提供参考。In response to the e-commerce needs of railway container transportation enterprises,this paper,focusing on multimodal transportation and end-to-end logistics services while integrating the management of container equipment assets and station facility operations,proposed a standardized business process for comprehensive logistics operations and services,covering five stages of product definition,product sales,order acceptance,order execution,and order settlement.On this basis,a comprehensive logistics e-commerce platform was designed,comprising the comprehensive logistics service platform,operational management platform,supplier platform,and data platform.It could provide different functions for customers,internal business personnel,and suppliers and provide a reference for container transportation enterprises to develop and construct information systems and carry out e-commerce business.
