摘 要:探讨北京局集团公司发展网络货运平台的内外部环境,提出北京局集团公司应尽快建立自有网络货运平台。研究典型网络货运平台的运作模式及业务特点,分析北京局集团公司建设网络货运平台发展现状及问题,提出北京局集团公司构建网络货运平台的多种模式,通过对比分析平台建设成本,后期运营难度,以及各项风险控制,提出北京局集团公司建设网络货运平台的模式建议。结果表明:通过与具有一定规模运力池的网络货运平台企业合作,共建北京局集团公司网络货运平台,是当前相对可行的模式。研究为构建北京局集团公司网络货运平台提供技术参考。This paper explored the internal and external environments for the development of an online freight transport platform by the Beijing Railway Group Company,arguing for the urgent establishment of its own online freight transport platform.The paper studied the operational modes and business characteristics of typical online freight transport platforms,analyzed the current status and challenges of the online freight transport platform development,and proposed various models for the construction of the online freight transport platform by the Beijing Railway Group Company.By comparing construction costs,operational difficulties,and risk controls of the platform,the paper offered mode recommendations for online freight transport platform development by the Beijing Railway Group Company.The results indicate that collaboration with established online freight transport platform enterprises possessing a significant transportation capacity pool represents a feasible approach for establishing the online freight transport platform by the Beijing Railway Group Company.This study provides technical references for the online freight transport platform by the Beijing Railway Group Company.
