摘 要:近年来垃圾发电厂、燃煤电厂、钢铁企业等广泛采用半干法烟气脱硫设施脱硫,产生了大量半干法脱硫灰难以处理和资源化利用。因此。采用“三段内外加热脱硫灰氧化技术”在一定温度下,对富含CaSO3的脱硫灰进行氧化改性处理,将脱硫灰中的CaSO3氧化成CaSO4,通过调整回转窑的转速、热风炉的烟温和注氧量,科学地控制氧化时间、氧化温度以及氧含量,将氧化改性后脱硫灰中CaSO3的含量控制在3%以下,CaSO3的转化率控制在90%以上。将氧化改性后的脱硫灰按一定比例添加到矿渣微粉中应用,可以激发矿渣的活性,增加其7天和28天强度;利用氧化改性后的脱硫灰配制抹灰石膏砂浆,检测其凝结时间、保水率、抗折强度、抗压强度和拉伸粘结强度等技术指标均满足国家标准的要求。因此,采用“三段内外加热脱硫灰氧化技术”氧化改性后的脱硫灰,可以代替天然石膏,应用于建材、建筑等领域,实现资源化综合利用,减少环境污染,为企业增加可观的经济效益。In recent years,semi-dry flue gas desulfurization facilities have been widely used to desulfurize it in waste in-cineration power plants,coal-fired power plants,iron and steel enterprises,which produced a large number of semi-dry des-ulfurization ash and it was difficult to be treated and do resource utilization.So the“three-stage internal and external heating desulfurization ash oxidation technology”was adopted to oxidize and modify desulfurization ash rich in CaSO3 at a certain temperature and the CaSO3 in the desulfurization ash was oxidized into CaSO4.By adjusting the rotation speed of rotary kiln,the smoke temperature of heating furnace and oxygen injection quantity,we scientifically controlled the oxidation time,oxidation temperature and oxygen content,the content of CaSO3 in desulfurization ash after oxidation modification could be controlled below 3%and the conversion rate of CaSO3 could be controlled above 90%.Adding the oxidized and modified desulfurization ash to the slag powder in a certain proportion could stimulate the activity of the slag and increase the 7-day and 28-day strength of the slag.The technical indexes such as setting time,water retention rate,flexural strength,com-pressive strength and tensile bond strength of gypsum plaster mortar prepared by oxidized and modified desulfurization ash all met the requirements of national standards.So the desulfurization ash oxidized and modified by the three-stage internal and external heating desulfurization ash oxidation technology could replace natural gypsum and be applied in building materi-als,construction and other fields to realize comprehensive utilization,which could reduce environmental pollution and in-crease considerable economic benefits for enterprises.
