摘 要:按产品设计要求,需要将散热片分别与MOS管、双MOS管组合形成单/双MOS管组合,并满足散热片端面与单/双MOS管端面保持平行且间距一致的要求。首先对单/双MOS管进行了结构分析,并运用六点定位原理对散热片进行定位,再设计定位凸台以确定散热片与单/双MOS管位置关系,对MOS管进行手动定位,最终完成散热片与单/双MOS管组合。按照以前的装配工艺很难保证设计要求,返工率很高,经过设计专门的单/双MOS管组合工装,达到了设计要求,解决了提高生产效率、降低返工成本的难题,具备了单/双MOS管组合小批量生产能力,对该类MOS管装配具有一定的指导意义。According to the requirements of the product design,it was necessary to combine the heat sink with the MOS tube and the double MOS tube to form a single/double MOS tube combination,and must meet the requirements that the end face of the heat sink was parallel to the end face of the single/double MOS tube and the spacing was consistent.Firstly,the structure of the single/double MOS tube was analyzed,and the six-point positioning principle was used to locate the heat sink.Then the positioning boss was designed to determine the position relationship between the heat sink and the single/double MOS tube,and the MOS tube was manually positioned.Finally,the combination of the heat sink with the single/double MOS tube was completed.According to the previous assembly process,it was difficult to ensure the design requirements,and the rework rate was very high.After designing a special single/double MOS tube combination tooling,it met the design require-ments,solved the problems of improving production efficiency and reducing rework costs,and had a single/double MOS tube combina-tion small batch production capacity,which had certain guiding significance for this type of MOS tube assembly.
