摘 要:为了研究电磁阀阀口开度对其开启特性的影响,根据航空高压电磁阀的使用工况,建立其二维计算模型,采用仿真分析的方法对不同阀口开度下的电磁阀开启特性进行分析,得到了不同阀口开度下的流动特性分布情况,并计算得到了不同阀口开度下电磁阀内部上阀口、下阀口、球体圆周以及推杆端面等关键位置的压力变化曲线。结果表明,随着阀口开度的增大,工作介质在电磁阀内部的流速呈先降低再升高的状态,且在相对固定的位置出现一定漩涡;阀内腔区域C漩涡尺度随阀口开度的增大逐渐减小;上、下阀口在特征尺度范围内的压力呈现降低状,上阀口所受压力相对增大,球体圆周所受压力在上阀口压力变化的轴向尺寸范围内先增大再减小。In order to study the influence of the opening degree of the solenoid valve port on its opening characteristics,a two-dimensional calculation model was established according to the working conditions of the aviation high-pressure sole-noid valve.The opening characteristics of the solenoid valve under different valve opening degrees were analyzed by simula-tion analysis.The distribution of flow characteristics under different valve opening degrees was obtained,and it was calcu-lated that the pressure change curves of the key positions such as the upper valve port,the lower valve port,the sphere circ-umference and the push rod end face inside the solenoid valve under different valve opening degrees.The results showed that with the increase of the opening of the valve port,the flow velocity of the working medium inside the solenoid valve de-creased firstly and then increased,and a certain vortex appeared at a relatively fixed position.The C vortex scale in the inner cavity of the valve gradually decreased with the increase of the valve opening.The pressure of the upper and lower valve ports in the characteristic scale range decreased,the pressure of the upper valve port increased relatively,and the pressure of the sphere circumference increased firstly and then decreased within the axial size range of the pressure change of the upper valve port.
