摘 要:以100 MW等级塔式太阳能光热电站熔盐泵为研究对象,采用PIV/V3V技术对内部流场进行可视化测量,基于目前世界上最先进的体三维(3D3C)测量技术,构建体三维测量系统和测试平台,设计了100 MW等级光热电站熔盐泵缩放0.5倍模型泵。基于自主专利技术的三维体流场测试标定方法,首次得到100 MW熔盐泵叶轮流道内部三维流场结构,并提取了叶轮单流道S2流面体内部和涡量值,通过对叶轮流道内速度分布与涡量分布进行分析,发现在偏工况运行时,叶轮流道内发生了更为明显的分离涡现象,三维可视化测量结果与设计要求吻合。Took the 100 MW molten salt pumps in the tower solar thermal power plant as researching target,the PIV/V3V technology was used to visually measure the internal flow field,and based on the world’s most advanced three-dimensional(3D3C)measurement methods,the three-dimensional measurement system and test platform were constructed.A model pump was built with scaling 0.5 times the 100 MW level molten salt pumps in the tower solar thermal power plant.Based on the patented measurement and calibration method of the three-dimensional flow field,the three-dimensional flow field structure inside the impeller channel of the molten salt pumps was obtained for the first time,and the values and vortex volume of S2 flow surface of the impeller single channel were extracted.The distribution of velocity and vortices inside the impeller channel were analyzed,and it was found that more obvious separation vortex phenomena occurred inside the impeller channel when it ran in partial operating conditions,and the results of the three-dimensional visual measurement were in line with the design requirements.
