摘　　要：混合痔术后患者可能出现排粪功能异常,其中术后便秘和排粪失禁给手术的总体疗效及患者的身心健康带来了不良的影响。了解混合痔术后出现排粪功能异常的原因、做好围术期的预防措施、及时予以个体化的治疗并进行有效的临床管理是改善此类患者的临床症状和提升其生活质量的重要途径。本文围绕混合痔术后便秘和排粪失禁的常见原因进行分析并提出相应的防治建议,与同道交流,以期为临床工作提供参考。Patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery may experience defecatory dysfunction,with postoperative constipation and fecal incontinence adversely affecting the overall surgical outcome and the patients’physical and mental health.Identifying the causes of defecatory dysfunction after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,implementing perioperative preventive measures,promptly administering individualized treatment,and conducting effective clinical management are crucial for alleviating symptoms and improving the quality of life of these patients.This article delves into the common causes of constipation and fecal incontinence after mixed hemorrhoids surgery and proposes corresponding prevention and treatment strategies,aiming to facilitate exchanges with colleagues and provide a reference for clinical practice.
