摘 要:本文基于电磁兼容性(Electromagnetic Compatibility,EMC)风险评估方法,研究其在电子电气产品的电磁兼容性测试中的应用。由于电子电气产品的多样性,其存在的电磁兼容性问题比较复杂,因此在产品设计时需要加以重视,通过产品设计可解决大多数的电磁兼容性问题。本文通过风险识别,结合测试经验和问题风险程度对各类风险要素予以赋值,得到所有的风险要素并计算出电子电气产品整机风险评估值,从而依据风险评估值评价产品的风险程度,确定风险等级。该方法对于减少研发和认证测试成本,提升企业产品质量具有积极的意义。This paper explores the application of the EMC(Electromagnetic Compatibility)risk assessment method in the testing of electrical and electronic products.Due to the diversity of these products,their electromagnetic compatibility issues are often complex,requrin gattention during product design.Effective design can address most EMC-related problems.Through the risk identification,this paper assigns values to various risk factors by taking into account testing experience and the severity of each issue.All risk factors are then synthesized to calculate an overall risk assessment value,which is used to evaluate the product’s risk level and determine its risk grade.The method is of positive significance for reducing costs in R&D and certification testing,as well as for improving the quality of enterprise products.
