摘 要:本研究回顾性分析了2019—2022年在厦门国际旅行卫生保健中心接受体检的出入境人员的乙型肝炎表面抗原(Hepatitis B Surface Antigen,HBsAg)监测结果。通过构建数据库,并对数据进行统计分析,为厦门口岸制定防控措施提供科学参考。结果显示,在19979名接受传染病监测的出入境人员中,共发现1036例HBsAg阳性,总体阳性检出率为5.18%;男性阳性率显著高于女性,且差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=105.73,p<0.01);不同年龄组的HBsAg阳性检出率亦存在显著差异(χ^(2)=430.88,p<0.01),主要集中在40~59岁年龄段;不同人员类别的HBsAg阳性检出率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=214.97,p<0.01),其中劳务人员的检出率最高,达到17.07%。由此得出,性别、年龄、人员类别等因素与厦门口岸出入境人员HBsAg阳性检出率具有一定相关性,为此应制定更有针对性的预防措施,加强口岸乙肝防治知识的宣传和疫苗接种,以降低口岸传染病的输入和传播风险。This study retrospectively analyzed the monitoring results of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen(HBsAg)of entry-exit personnel who received physical examination in Xiamen International Travel Health Care Center from 2019 to 2022.Through the construction of database and statistical analysis of the data,it provides scientific reference for the formulation of prevention and control measures at this port.The results showed that out of 19,979 personnel monitored for infectious diseases,1,036 cases of HBsAg positivity were identified,with an overall positive detection rate of 5.18%.The positive rate in males was significantly higher than in females,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=105.73,p<0.01).There were also significant differences in the positive detection rates of HBsAg among different age groups(χ^(2)=430.88,p<0.01),with the highest concentration in the 40-59 age range.The positive detection rates of HBsAg varied significantly across different personnel categories(χ^(2)=214.97,p<0.01),with the highest rate observed in laborers,reaching 17.07%.It is concluded that factors such as gender,age,and personnel categories have a certain correlation with the positive detection rate of HBsAg among entry-exit personnel at Xiamen Port.Therefore,more targeted preventive measures should be formulated to strengthen the promotion of hepatitis B prevention and control knowledge and vaccination,thereby reducing the risk of importing and transmitting infectious diseases at the port.
