北京地区出境人员泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染调查分析

摘　　要：为了解北京地区出境人员泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia Trachomatis Infection of the Genitourinary Tract)感染的发病情况和发病趋势,给泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的防治提供指导建议,本次调查收集了2019年6月—2023年6月在北京地区进行出境体检的5286例尿液样本,利用PCR荧光探针法对沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia Trachomatis,CT)核酸进行检测,并对结果进行分析。研究结果显示,5286例检测样本中共139例泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体检测阳性,占2.62%,其中男性阳性率为2.61%,女性阳性率为2.64%。泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体检测阳性患者的年龄分布主要集中在21~50岁,共103例,占阳性患者总数的72%。结果表明,泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染呈现较高的隐性感染率,应该加强对易感人群泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体的筛查,减少疾病的传播。This study aims to investigate the prevalence and characteristic of urogenital Chlamydia trachomatis infection among outbound personnel in Beijing,and to provide some recomm endations for the prevention and treatment of this infection.5286 urine samples collected from medical check-ups of outbound teaverllers in Beijing between June 2019 to June 2023 were tested for Chlamydia trachomatis nucleic acid by PCR fluorescence probe method.Among the 5286 samples,139 tested positive for Chlamydia trachomatis,accounting for 2.62%,with a male positivity rate of 2.61%and a female positivity rate of 2.64%.The age distribution of positive patients was mainly concentrated between 21 and 50 years,with a total of 103 cases,representing 72%of the total positive cases.In conclusion,urogenital Chlamydia trachomatis infection presents a high rate of asymptomatic infection.Screening for Chlamydia trachomatis should be intensified among susceptible populations to reduce the spread of the disease.
