摘　　要：近年来在绿色环保和废旧循环利用相关政策引导下,我国加快推动纺织产业绿色发展,废旧纺织品循环利用能力逐渐提升,但废旧纺织机械产业仍相对落后。温州苍南作为废旧纺织资源综合利用“双百工程”示范基地,建立了全国最大的废旧纺织品循环利用产业。文章以温州苍南为例,阐述了废旧纺织品市场现状及产业发展瓶颈。废旧纺织机械产业应以市场需求为导向,利用科技生产要素探索研究新技术、新材料、新工艺,促进产业绿色升级转型,提升产业智能化、绿色化、高端化水平。In recent years,under the guidance of policies related to green environmental protection and waste recycling,China has accelerated the green development of the textile industry,and the recycling capacity of waste textiles has been gradually improved.However,the waste textile machinery industry is still relatively backward.Cangnan of Wenzhou,as a demonstration base for the"Double-Hundred Project"of comprehensive utilization of waste textile resources,has established the largest waste textile recycling industry in the country.The article takes Cangnan of Wenzhou as an example to explain the current situation and industrial development bottlenecks of the waste textile market.The waste textile machinery industry should be guided by market demand,explore and research new technologies,materials,and processes using technological production factors,promote green upgrading and transformation of the industry,and enhance the level of industry intellectualization,greenization,and high-end orientation.
