社区医养结合下老年康复锻炼现状及康复需求分析

摘　　要：本文对社区医养结合下老年康复锻炼的现状及康复需求进行研究分析。通过查阅大量文献和实地调研,了解到当前社区医养结合模式在老年康复锻炼仍存在康复资源不足、专业人员短缺等问题。老年人对康复锻炼的需求呈现多样化和个性化特点。本文深入探讨了这些现状和需求,并提出政策引导与支持、医养结合模式推广、康复中心科学规划等建议。This article conducts research and analysis on the current situation and rehabilitation needs of elderly rehabilitation exercise under the integration of community medical care and elderly care.Through extensive literature review and field research,it has been found that the current community medical and elderly care integration model still faces problems such as insufficient rehabilitation resources and a shortage of professional personnel in elderly rehabilitation exercise.The demand for rehabilitation exercise among the elderly presents diverse and personalized characteristics.This article delves into these current situations and needs,and proposes suggestions such as policy guidance and support,promotion of the integrated medical and elderly care model,and scientific planning of rehabilitation centers.
