摘 要:政府与媒体之间的关系一直是社会信息系统运转过程中需要妥善处理的问题。政府与媒体关系由“喉舌论范式下的隶属关系”逐渐演变为“隶属下的契约关系”,到如今,数字政府建立后,政府在网络空间中不仅逐渐建立起网络化的自我传播渠道,而且通过借助职业媒体的力量,政府传播越来越科学、专业,政府与职业媒体之间的关系又逐渐演变为一种“相互嵌套关系”。The relationship between the government and the media has always been a problem that needs to be properly addressed in the operation of human society.The establishment of a digital government through self mediatization by the Chinese government has led to a structural change in the relationship between the government and the media:from the“initial subordination under the paradigm of throat theory”,to the“contract relationship under subordination”evolving with the development of market economy.Now,with the establishment of digital government,the government has not only gradually established networked self communication channels in the cyberspace,but also through the power of professional media,government communication has become more scientific and professional.The relationship between the government and professional media has gradually evolved into a“mutual nested relationship”.
