面向“三北”的新时代生态学学科发展的若干思考

摘　　要：加强荒漠化综合防治,推进“三北”等重点生态工程建设的重大战略,赋予了生态学新的发展使命和目标。生态学特色学科体系构建与研究内容丰富完善,对于荒漠化综合防治与推进“三北”等重点生态工程建设具有重要理论与实践指导意义。本文立足“三北”的区位特点,围绕“三北”生态工程建设目标和科学治沙理念,阐述了新时代“三北”区域的生态学特色学科方向的形成特征;并且,在生态学特色学科方向的研究领域、特色学科体系设计目标、特色学科人才培养体系建设方面进行了深入思考,提出了新时代“三北”区域的生态学特色学科体系建设思路。未来面向荒漠化综合防治与“三北”生态工程建设,提出了生态学特色学科方向体系建设目标,即:(1)需要加快完善生态学特色学科方向和学科平台建设;(2)从基础研究、应用基础研究、应用研究和社会经济研究综合的角度,完善生态学特色学科方向研究内容;(3)理论指导实践,实现生态学特色学科理论精确指导荒漠化综合防治实践和“三北”生态工程建设。There is a state key strategy requirement of combating desertification and promoting “Three-North” shelter project construction.This endows a new task and goal of ecology subject system.It is necessary for the development of characteristic ecology and subject system to meet the state key strategy requirement.It plays important implications for desertification control and “Three-North” shelter project construction.In this study,the location features of “Three-North” region were analyzed in detail in order to elucidate the formation of characteristic ecology subject.Focusing on the research disciplines,subject system and its personnel training system,the construction plan was considered for future characteristic ecology subject.On this context,the new task and goal of ecology subject system was clearly discussed to serve the ecological protection of “Three-North” region and state key strategy.These included:(1) a quick complete of characteristic ecology subject and research platform for science.(2) a complete of research content of characteristic ecology subject covering a integrate disciplines of basic research,applied basic research,applied research and social economic research.(3) a strategical realization of the theories of characteristic ecology subject guiding desertification control and “Three-North” shelter project construction.
