壳寡糖与腐植酸复配对小麦幼苗生长的影响初探

摘  要:以小麦“济麦22”种子为试验材料,开展小麦幼苗水培试验,从生物刺激素复配角度出发,先筛选对小麦幼苗生长效果较好的壳寡糖产品,再将筛选出的壳寡糖产品和腐植酸结合,研究复配产品对小麦幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:相比空白对照,壳寡糖与腐植酸复配对小麦苗高和主根长有显著的促进作用;相比单独使用腐植酸,部分复配产品对小麦苗高、主根长表现出显著的促进作用。在提高小麦幼苗苗高方面最高可达8.7%,在促进小麦幼苗主根长方面可提升至12.4%。Using wheat"Jimai 22"seeds as material,the hydroponic experiment of wheat seedlings was carried out.From the perspective of biostimultin compounding,chitoligosaccharide products with good growth effect on wheat seedlings were screened first,and then the selected chitoligosaccharide products were combined with humic acid to study the effects of compound products on the growth of wheat seedlings.The results showed that,compared with blank control,the combination of chitooligosaccharide and humic acid combination sinnificantly improved wheat seedling height and main root length.Compared with the use of humic acid alone,some of the combination products sinnificantly improved wheat seedling height and main root length.The maximum effects of the combination products on wheat seedling height and main root length were 8.7%and 12.4%,respectively.
