摘 要:以武汉市某综合管廊基坑下穿军用输油管道为例,探讨了如何保护现状管道的安全。提出了桩基础+型钢梁体系作为管道的竖向托换构件,结合基坑支护结构优化了构件尺寸,通过模拟计算分析、统筹托换与基坑开挖流程,确保综合管廊施工期间输油管道的运行安全。详细介绍了托换加固设计、托换流程、管道基础回填等每阶段的关键技术,研究表明,采用型钢托换梁体系与灌注桩基础形式可有效保障基坑开挖期间管道基础抵抗沉降变形的能力。可为其他类似分布有重要管线横跨基坑节点的安全施工提供借鉴与参考。This paper discusses the protect methods of the safe crossing of a military oil pipeline under crossing a deep excavation of a comprehensive utility culvert in Wuhan.A pile foundation plus the hot rolled steel beam system is used as the vertical support member of the culvert,which optimizes the component size combined with the supporting structure.The coordination between the supporting process and the excavation progress to ensure the safe operation of the oil pipeline during the utility culvert construction is also performed.This method can provide a reference for the safe construction of other important pipelines across the deep excavation.This paper introduces the technical details in each stage,such as the support structure design,the reinforcement process,and the culvert backfill.It is concluded that the use of the hot rolled steel supporting beam replacement system and cast-in-place soldier pile can effectively enhance the capability of the culvert foundation to resist the deformation during the deep excavation.
