中国武术技术变迁历程及其文化内涵研究

摘　　要：文章通过梳理中国武术各个时期的武术技术及文化内涵,找出变迁规律,得出中国武术技术的发展趋势和变迁规律,为中国武术的发展提供可借鉴的建议。中国武术技术变迁是一个动态的发展过程,呈现出系统性和延续性的特点,从单一的实用性特征发展到表演性、文化性、体育性等多样性特征。如今,随着人民日益增长的精神需要,中国武术技术朝着娱乐性、表演性、健身性、修身性、体育性等多元化的趋势发展,将以新的特征功能来满足人们更高的精神需求。Comb the Wushu technology and its cultural connotation in each period,find out the law of change,draw the development trend of Chinese Wushu technology,and provide reference opinions for the development of Chinese Wushu.The evolution of Chinese Wushu technique was a dynamic development process,which shown the characteristics of system and continuity,from a single practical feature to a variety of features,such as practicality,performance,culture,and sports.With the growing spiritual needs of the people,Chinese Wushu technique will develop towards diversified features,such as entertainment,performance,fitness,self-cultivation,and sports,and it will also develop new characteristic functions to meet people's higher spiritual needs.
