新时代贵州省高校武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养现状与优化路径

摘　　要：文章运用文献研究法、文本分析法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,剖析武术与民族传统体育专业的发展困境,并根据培养方案结合市场需要,提出要围绕“三大球+武术”进行体育改革;立足地域优势,增设民族武术内容;加强思政建设,树立理想信念;主攻英语短板,专设武术与民族传统体育专业教辅人员。By using the methods of literature research,text analysis,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper takes Guizhou Normal University as a case to analyze the development dilemma of Wushu and national traditional sports specialty,in order to provide reference for related research.The study found that there are too many sports events set up by the school's folk biography major;the main content lacks diversification;students'enthusiasm for training and learning is not good;students'neglect of English and other issues.Accordingly,it is suggested to focus on the'three big balls+Wushu'according to the training plan and the market needs.Add national Wushu content based on regional advantages;strengthen ideological and political construction and establish ideals and beliefs;specialized auxiliary personnel for English short board.
