摘 要:目的评估信息框架文本对父母为初中女生接种人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)疫苗犹豫的干预效果。方法2023年4-5月在扬州市招募初中二年级女生父母,随机分配至1个对照组和8个干预组,分别接受无特定框架的信息文本和目标框架、正义视角与证据类型的不同组合文本信息,分析各组受试者干预前后疫苗犹豫评分差值。结果共纳入2425例受试者,其中对照组270例,8个干预组在259-278例之间。9个组受试者的干预前后疫苗犹豫评分差值中位数在-0.11至0.00之间(H=10.10,P=0.258);干预组总体受试者、对照组受试者的干预前后疫苗犹豫评分差值中位数均为-0.11(H=2.65,P=0.008)。在干预组不同信息框架组合的受试者中,干预前后疫苗犹豫评分差值中位数均为-0.11(获益组与损失组、个人组与集体组、叙事组与非叙事组相比:Z=7.79,P=0.020;Z=7.10,P=0.029;Z=7.52,P=0.023)。结论信息框架文本干预可一定程度降低父母为初中女生接种HPV疫苗的犹豫程度。Objective To evaluate an intervention of information framework texts on parents′hesitancy to vaccinate junior high school girls with human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccine.Methods We recruited parents of second-grade junior middle school girls in Yangzhou city from April to May 2023 and randomized them to one control group and eight intervention groups.The control group received information texts with no specific framework while intervention groups received combination information texts with different target frameworks,justice perspectives,and evidence types.We analyzed differences of vaccine hesitancy scores between post-and pre-intervention for all groups.Results A total of 2425 subjects were included,270 in the control group and 259-278 in any of the eight intervention groups.Median differences of vaccine hesitancy scores between post-and pre-intervention among the nine groups ranged from-0.11 to 0.00(H=10.10,P=0.258),with-0.11 for both the total intervention groups and the control group(H=2.65,P=0.008).Among subjects of intervention groups with different combinations of information frameworks,median differences of vaccine hesitancy scores were all-0.11(benefit vs harm,individualism vs collectivism,and narrative vs non-narrative information frameworks:Z=7.79,P=0.020;Z=7.10,P=0.029;Z=7.52,P=0.023).Conclusions Information frame text intervention may reduce parents′hesitancy to vaccinate junior middle school girls with HPV vaccine.
