摘　　要：B族链球菌(Group B streptococcus,GBS)是围产期母亲和婴儿感染的主要致病菌之一。妊娠期感染GBS后不良妊娠结局的风险显著增加,可引起新生儿败血症、脑膜炎等多种疾病。本文综述了GBS感染的疾病负担和经济负担、防控策略和GBS疫苗研发进展,为预防孕妇和婴儿侵袭性GBS感染、促进围产期母亲和婴儿健康提供参考依据。Group B streptococcus(GBS)is one of the main pathogens that infect mothers and infants during the perinatal period.Infection during pregnancy significantly increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes and causes a variety of diseases such as neonatal sepsis and meningitis.In this article,we summarize disease and economic burdens of GBS infection,its prevention and control strategies,and progress towards GBS vaccine development in order to provide reference for preventing invasive GBS infection in pregnant women and infants and promoting perinatal maternal and infant health.
