农业强国视角下的高等农业教育层次结构研究

摘　　要：高等农业教育为农业科技创新提供人才储备,在推动和实现农业现代化发展和农业强国建设的历史征程中肩负着重要使命。通过对不同类型农业强国的高等农业教育层次结构进行比较研究发现:相较美国、荷兰、加拿大等世界农业强国,我国高等农业教育专科比例较大,本科比例适中,研究生比例偏低;高等农业教育与高等教育高度同构,须考虑办学定位、行业特色、目标使命等进行优化调整。建议结合未来农业发展需求,持续优化我国高等农业教育层次结构,适当扩大涉农专业研究生比例,稳步调整专科生比例并加强其内涵建设,以新农科建设为抓手,协同推进人才培养提质增量,推动高等农业教育高质量发展,从而更好地服务农业强国建设。Higher agriculture education provides a talent pool for agricultural science and technology innovation and shoulders an essential mission in promoting and realizing the historical journey of agricultural modernization development and building up an agricultural powerful country.Through a comparative study of the hierarchical structure of higher agricultural education in different types of world agricultural powerful countries,it is found that the proportion of associate degree in Chinese higher agriculture education is relatively large,the proportion of bachelor degree is moderate,while the proportion of master degree is relatively small in comparison with the United States,the Netherlands,Canada and other world agricultural powerful countries.The structure of higher agriculture education and higher education in China is highly homogeneous,which indicates that the structure of higher agriculture education needs to be optimized by its orientation,characteristics,goals,and missions.It is suggested that the hierarchical structure of higher agriculture education in China should be continuously optimized according to the needs of future agriculture development,the proportion of agriculture-related graduate students should be appropriately expanded,the proportion of associate degree students should be steadily adjusted and their connotation construction should be strengthened,and the construction of new agricultural science should be taken as the starting point to jointly promote the quality and quantity of talent training and promote the high-quality development of higher agriculture education,so as better to serve the construction of a strong agricultural country.
