小区燃气管道改造工程案例分析

摘　　要：燃气管道改造工程对于提高老旧小区居民生活质量、提高能源利用效率和保护环境至关重要。本文依托某老旧小区燃气管道改造项目,介绍了传统改造方案及新型改造方案的具体改造内容及方法,并对两种改造方案的工程造价及经济效益进行了对比。结果表明,采用新型改造方案前期资金投入较多,传统方案更具性价比,但其经济效益较低,管理不便,采用新型方案无需入户巡检,易于管理且安全性较高。Gas pipeline renovation projects are crucial for improving the life quality for residents,enhancing energy efficiency,and preserving the environment in old communities.This paper is based on a gas pipeline renovation project in an old community in Shenzhen,introduces the specific renovation content and methods of both traditional and innovative renovation solutions and provides comparative analysis of the project cost and economic benefits of these two approaches.The results indicate that the innovative renovation approach requires a higher initial investment,while the traditional approach is more cost-effective but yields lower economic benefits and inconvenient management.Moreover,the use of the innovative approach eliminates the need for entry inspections,making management more convenient and having higher safety.
