大型住宅社区中的设计及配套设施研究——以湖北省武汉市江岸区谌家矶社区住宅及配套设施项目为例

摘　　要：本文以湖北省武汉市江岸区谌家矶小区住宅及其配套设施工程为例,对大型住宅小区设计理念和配套设施建设进行深入探究。该工程通过运用新型建筑材料和BIM技术达到节能环保,高效设计的目的。在智慧社区建设中,智慧安防和智慧物业系统等技术的运用不仅增强了住户生活便捷性,而且显著提升社区管理效率。谌家矶社区项目的成功对促进我国城市居住品质提升提供了一定的经验和借鉴。This paper takes the residential buildings and supporting facilities in Shenjiaji Community,Jiang'an District,Wuhan City,Hubei Province as an example to explore in depth the design concept and supporting facilities construction of large-scale residential areas.The project uses new building materials and BIM technology to achieve the purpose of energy saving,environmental protection and efficient design.In the construction of smart community,the application of technologies such as smart security and smart property system not only enhances the convenience of residents'life,but also significantly improves the efficiency of community management efficiency.The success of Chenjiaji Community project provides certain reference for promoting the improvement of urban living quality in China.
