摘  要:目的探讨新加坡半定量评估模型评价印刷制造企业职业健康风险水平的适用性。方法应用新加坡半定量评估模型对东莞市某印刷企业进行风险评估,并与现场检测和国内工作场所职业病危害作业分级进行结果验证。结果新加坡半定量风险评估结果表明,暴露指数法中所有岗位的危害因素风险水平均为2级(低风险),总体上高于实际浓度法。印刷岗位异丙醇、1,2-二氯乙烷、清洗岗位二氯甲烷和粘合岗位甲苯浓度水平较高甚至超标,实际浓度法中上述岗位危害因素风险水平分别为3级(中等风险)、4级(高风险)、4级(高风险)和3级(中等风险),高于暴露指数法评估结果。工作场所职业病危害作业分级除了超标物质为I级(轻度危害)和Ⅱ级(中度危害),其余均为0级(相对无害)。结论新加坡半定量评估模型能够综合判定岗位的重点风险因子,故可以针对性地提出防毒等防控措施。Objective To explore the applicability of Singapore semi-quantitative assessment model to assess occupational health risk level of printing manufacturing enterprises.Methods The risk assessment of a printing enterprise in Dongguan City was carried out by Singapore semi-quantitative assessment model,and the results were verified with the field test and occupational hazard classification of China.Results The results of the Singapore semi-quantitative risk assessment showed that the hazard factor risk level of all positions in the exposure index method was level 2(low risk),which was generally higher than that in the actual concentration method.The concentration levels of isopropanol and 1.2-dichloroethane in the printing position,dichloromethane in the cleaning position,and toluene in the glue position were higher or even exceeded the standards.The risk levels of the hazard factors in the above positions in the actual concentration method were level 3(medium risk),level 4(high risk),level 4(high risk)and level 3(medium risk),which were higher than the assessment results of the exposure index method.The classifications of occupationalhazards at the workplace of the substances exceeding the standardwere grade I(mild harm)and grade II(moderate hazard)for,while those of the others were grade 0(relatively harmless harm).Conclusion Singapore semi-quantitative assessment model can comprehensively determine the key risk factors of positions,so targeted prevention and control measures,such as anti-virus,can be put forward.
