摘　　要：目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)护理路径+量化评估对腹腔镜胆囊切除术高龄患者手术室护理满意度的影响。方法选择2020年12月至2022年12月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院60例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。参照“信封法”,开展规范性分组处理,每组30例。对照组行常规的手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上,取ERAS护理路径+量化评估方案落实,对比2组的应激指标、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果2组护理前的应激指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后的心率、收缩压、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表观测值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后总并发症发生率明(3.33%)显低于对照组(20.00%),护理满意度(96.67%)明显高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术高龄患者开展ERAS护理路径联合量化评估的手术室护理模式能进一步减轻其应激反应,降低术后并发症的发生概率及提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the impact of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)nursing pathway and quantitative evaluation on the satisfaction of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the operating room.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected.According to the envelope method,carry out standardized grouping processing,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room care,while the observation group received ERAS nursing pathway and quantitative evaluation plan on the basis of the control group.The stress indicators,incidence of postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in stress indicators between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);The observed values of heart rate,systolic blood pressure,self rating anxiety scale,and self rating depression scale in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and nursing satisfaction(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room nursing model of ERAS nursing pathway combined with quantitative evaluation for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can further reduce their stress response,reduce the probability of postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
