摘　　要：中蒙两国既有民族历史、文化习俗的相似性,又有地缘政治、经济利益的共同性。中蒙两国在农牧业领域拥有广泛的合作空间。通过中蒙两国的农牧业合作,可以共同提高农牧业供应链的效率,获得更好的经济效益,更好地保护两国农产品的优质、安全和传统特色。随着中蒙两国农牧业合作的不断加深,如何利用跨境电商新型数字化方式提升中蒙农牧业供应链水平、促进农牧业高质量发展已成为当前的重要任务。文章分析了中蒙农牧业运作情况与组织管理,深入调研了蒙古国农牧业供应链存在的问题与主体诉求,进一步构建了中蒙农牧业跨境电商供应链SCOR优化模型,并提出中蒙农牧业跨境电商供应链运作协同机制。China and Mongolia share similarities in national history and cultural customs,as well as commonalities in geopolitical and economic interests.The two countries have extensive cooperation space in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry.Through agricultural and animal husbandry cooperation,they can jointly improve the efficiency of the agricultural and animal husbandry supply chain,obtain better economic benefits,and better protect the quality,safety,and traditional characteristics of agricultural products.With the continuous deepening of agricultural and animal husbandry cooperation between China and Mongolia,how to use new digital methods of cross-border e-commerce to improve the supply chain of agriculture and animal husbandry,and promote high-quality development of agriculture and animal husbandry has become an important task at present.The article analyzes the operation and organizational management of agriculture and animal husbandry in China and Mongolia,conducts in-depth research on the problems and main demands of the agricultural and animal husbandry supply chain in Mongolia,further constructs a SCOR optimization model for cross-border e-commerce supply chain in agriculture and animal husbandry in China and Mongolia,and proposes a cooperation mechanism for cross-border e-commerce supply chain operation in agriculture and animal husbandry in these two countries.
