纺织品中芳香胺4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷的研究

摘　　要：服装、玩偶、生活器具等纺织品越来越多地出现在人们生活中,这其中存在使用了会分解出芳香胺4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷的偶氮染料的危害,越发引起人们的重视。根据EN ISO 14362-1∶2017,通过加入连二亚硫酸钠还原裂解和不还原裂解的方法,使用安捷伦气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)来进一步探讨分析纺织品中4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷的假阳性结果,并且给出试验结论:样品测得的4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷并非来自偶氮染料的还原裂解,而是有其他来源。Textiles such as clothing,dolls and living utensils are increasingly appear in our life,which includ⁃ed the danger of can decompose aromatic amine 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane of azo dyes attached peo⁃ple,arousing great attention.Based on the method EN ISO 14362-1:2017 by adding sodiumdithionite to re⁃duction-cracking and no adding,agilent GC-MS and HPLC was used to discuss and analyze the false posi⁃tive result of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethan,finally conclusion of the experimental was that 4,4'-diaminodi⁃phenylmethan was not from azo dye but from other sources.
